Bouillon cœur-cervelle BIOKAR – 500G
- Mettre en suspension 37,0 g de milieu déshydraté dans 1 litre d'eau distillée ou déminéralisée.
- Agiter lentement jusqu'à dissolution complète.
- Répartir en tubes à raison de 5 ou 10 mL.
- Stériliser à l'autoclave à 121 °C pendant 15 minutes.
- Refroidir le milieu à température ambiante
