Injection : Dans les cas graves, 1 ampère par jour par injection IM, au mieux par voie intrafessière lente, jusqu'à la disparition des symptômes aigus. Dans les cas moins graves et pour le traitement de suivi, 1 ampère 2 à 3 fois par semaine. En raison de la possibilité d'une sensibilisation à la vitamine B1, l'injection IV d' Ancopir doit être faite avec prudence et lenteur, de préférence sous forme de perfusion.
