MODE D'EMPLOI ET POSOLOGIE DU MÉDICAMENT CEFTRIAXONE VIATRIS IM
La solution injectable est préparée en mélangeant la poudre et le solvant fourni. La solution ainsi obtenue est injectée par voie intramusculaire profonde, jamais par voie intraveineuse.
POSOLOGIE USUELLE :
Elle est variable en fonction des indications. A titre indicatif :
Adulte : 1 à 2 g par jour, en une injection.
Enfant et nourrisson : 50 mg par kg et par jour, en une injection.
