Adulte et l'enfant de plus de 12 ans : de 400 mg/jour, en deux administrations, à 12 heures d'intervalle, d'un comprimé dosé à 200 mg.
Dans les urétrites gonococciques l'efficacité est obtenue avec une prise unique de deux comprimés à 200 mg.
Enfant (au-dessus de 6 mois) est de 8 mg/kg/jour en deux administrations, à 12 heures d'intervalle, soit 4 mg/kg et par prise.
