Adulte :
Traitement curatif : 8 à 12 g/jour, répartis en 4 à 6 administrations journalières.
Prévention des infections post-opératoires en chirurgie : 2 g IV à l'induction anesthésique,
Enfant : 250 mg, 2 fois par jour.
Nourrisson : 250 mg par 5 kg de poids, 2 fois par jour.
