Angines, infections stomatologiques : 500 mg par jour pendant 3 jours.
surinfections des bronchites aiguës, exacerbations des bronchites chroniques : 500 mgle premier jour puis 250 mg les 4 jours suivants. La durée de traitement sera de 5 jours.
Enfant de plus de 6 mois :
30 mg/kg de poids corporel.
