Posologie (Dose et Administration)
- Posologie Usuelle :
- Adulte : 750 mg à 1,5 g toutes les 8 heures.
- Enfant/Nourrisson : 30 à 100 mg/kg/jour, répartis en 3 ou 4 injections.
- Mode d'administration :
- I.M. : Injection intramusculaire profonde.
- I.V. : Injection intraveineuse lente (3 à 5 minutes) ou perfusion courte.
- Indication : Traitement d'infections bactériennes sévères (pneumonies, infections urinaires, septicémies, ou prophylaxie chirurgicale).
- Mise en garde :
- Vérifier les antécédents d'allergie aux pénicillines (risque d'allergie croisée).
- Utiliser immédiatement après reconstitution.
