<p><strong style="text-decoration: underline;">Posologie</strong></p><p>DANS TOUS LES CAS SE CONFORMER STRICTEMENT A L'ORDONNANCE DE VOTRE MEDECIN.</p><p>A titre indicatif, chez l'enfant de plus de 30 mois, la posologie usuelle est de 80 mg/kg/jour, en trois prises.</p><p>La posologie doit être adaptée en cas d'insuffisance rénale.</p><p>Si vous avez l'impression que l'effet de <strong>AMOXICILLINE/ACIDE CLAVULANIQUE WINTHROP 100 mg/12,50 mg par ml ENFANTS, poudre pour suspension buvable en flacon (rapport amoxicilline/acide clavulanique: 8/1)</strong> est trop fort ou trop faible, consultez votre médecin ou votre pharmacien.</p>
